When you use the Service, we collect:

• Account data: Email address and username when you register
• Usage data: Credit balance, number of analyses run, feature usage
• Chart images: Images you upload or screenshots captured for AI analysis — processed in real time and not stored permanently
• Technical data: Browser type, device type, IP address, and session data for security and performance

2. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to:

• Provide and improve the Service
• Manage your account and credit balance
• Send important account-related communications
• Detect and prevent abuse or unauthorized access
• Understand how the Service is used to improve features

3. Chart Images and AI Processing

When you capture or upload a chart for analysis, the image is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. Chart images are transmitted securely and are not stored on our servers after the analysis is complete. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy.

4. Market Data

Live price and candle data is sourced from Binance's public API. We do not store this data beyond your active session. No personal trading account data is ever accessed.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your account data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted database provider. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication tokens, and access controls. No system is 100% secure — we encourage you to use a strong password.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Anthropic — for AI analysis processing (chart images only)
• Supabase — for account storage and authentication
• Railway — our hosting infrastructure provider

All third-party providers are contractually bound to protect your data and not use it for their own purposes.

7. Cookies and Local Storage

The Service uses browser local storage to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. No data is shared with advertisers.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data in a readable format

9. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Usage logs may be retained in anonymized form for up to 12 months for service improvement purposes.

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with their data, please contact us immediately.
