• Price Range — measure a pure vertical distance between two prices.
• Date Range — measure a horizontal span: how many bars / how much time between two points.
• Date + Price Range — a box combining both, for sizing a whole move at once.
• Zoom In — draw a box to zoom the chart into that exact region.
• Magnet snap — when on, drawing endpoints clip to the nearest candle open/high/low/close for pixel-perfect placement.
