Fractal Pattern Matcher FREE

Find where the current structure has played out before.

The Pattern Matcher compares the structure forming now with similar structures in the loaded chart history. It is designed to answer: “When price looked like this before, what usually happened next?”

What this tool is for

Use it when a chart setup looks familiar but you want more than intuition. The tool studies price at macro, mid and micro scales, names the dominant pattern, finds historical analogues and summarizes how those earlier examples resolved.

It is most useful for building a directional hypothesis, checking whether a setup has repeated, and defining an entry, stop and target area before you act.

Lookback and match score

The matcher searches the entire history currently loaded on your chart. It cannot compare against candles that are not loaded, so zooming out or loading more history can reveal different earlier examples.

A match is based on the overall resemblance of price structure across macro, mid and micro scales—not one candle or one indicator. The score shown beside each historical example is a relative AI similarity score: a higher percentage means the current structure more closely resembles that example. It is not a published fixed threshold, a guaranteed probability, or the Pearson-correlation score used by Bar Pattern Match.

How to read the result

OutputWhat it means
Signal & confidenceThe tool’s bullish, bearish or neutral read, plus how clearly the current data supports it.
Pattern & waveA plain-language description of the active structure and where price may sit inside it.
Entry, stop & targetsA possible trade framework based on the detected structure—not an instruction to enter.
Historical matchesEarlier examples from the loaded chart history, their relative similarity scores and the outcomes that followed.
Win rate & average R:RA summary of the returned examples. Treat it as context, not a full backtest.

Practical workflow

  1. Load the symbol and timeframe you actually plan to trade.
  2. Run the matcher and inspect the annotations, predicted path and historical matches.
  3. Give more weight to matches with high similarity and comparable market conditions.
  4. Use the proposed stop as the point where the pattern idea is invalid, then check whether the target offers acceptable risk-to-reward.

What it does not tell you

Pattern Matcher vs Bar Pattern: this tool compares broader fractal structure across several scales. Bar Pattern Match looks for similar bar-by-bar sequences within the loaded chart.
Keep it conditional: read the output as “this path is plausible while the invalidation level holds,” not as a guaranteed forecast.
