Refer & Earn

Share the platform, earn on the customers you bring.

Every signed-in user gets a referral link. Share it, and anyone who signs up through it is attributed to you automatically.

Getting your link

• Open Refer & Earn from the user menu once you are signed in.
• Your link looks like fractalaiagent.com/r/YOURCODE. The code is random and reveals nothing about you.
• From that panel, Open earnings dashboard takes you to your full dashboard.

How attribution works

• When someone opens your link, a cookie is stored in their browser for 30 days.
• If they create an account in that window, the signup is credited to you.
• Each customer is credited to one referrer only, and the first link they used wins.
• You cannot refer yourself.

How commission works

• You earn on a referred customer's first payment only, once per customer. Renewals are not commissioned.
• Your rate is applied to the plan's list price, before tax and before payment-processor fees. A discounted sale still earns you the full rate on the list price.
• A sale where the customer paid nothing (for example a 100% discount) does not earn a commission.
• Your rate is agreed with us and shown on your dashboard. It is fixed onto each commission when it is created, so a later rate change never alters what you have already earned.

Getting paid

• New commissions appear as pending while being reviewed, become approved once confirmed, then paid after the payout is sent.
• Payouts are settled at the end of each month, covering the amounts approved for that month.
• If a customer's payment is later refunded, the related commission is reversed.
