4. Credits and Payments
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when AI analysis tools are executed. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. We reserve the right to modify credit costs with reasonable notice. Unused credits do not expire but may be subject to changes in future pricing updates.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the AI models or prompts

7. Intellectual Property
The Fractal AI Agent name, logo, design, and underlying methodology are the intellectual property of the Service owner. The AI-generated analysis outputs are provided to you for personal use. You may share individual analyses but may not build competing products directly replicating this Service's methodology without permission.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Chart images you upload are processed by AI models and are not stored permanently beyond the session. We do not sell your personal data.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service uses third-party providers including Anthropic (AI models), Binance (market data), and Supabase (authentication and database). Your use of these integrations is also subject to their respective terms of service.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI analysis will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Market analysis is inherently uncertain.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fractal AI Agent and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its outputs.
